Your Barbell Cycling Falls Apart Mid Workout

The fault

Losing rhythm and efficiency partway through a set of touch and go reps.

Why it happens

Cycling a barbell fast is a different skill from lifting one heavy. The goal is a rhythm you can hold for the whole set, not the fastest possible first five reps.

The fix

Technical tweaks you can make at lighter weights that hold up when the set gets long. Filmed with Buddy Hitchcock.
