Your Snatch Is Inconsistent From the Power Position

The fault

Looping the bar and hitting a different position every rep.

Why it happens

Consistency lives in position one. If the power position is slightly different each time, the finish is different each time, and the catch is a guess.

The fix

An easy correction to the power position that makes the same lift repeatable. Fix the position and the loop goes with it.
